  1. How do I delete my account?

    For now, send an email to info@endo-metrix.com and we will delete it right away for you. We are in the process of developing an in-app option that lets you delete the app at the press of a button. Read more about it on our blog.

  2. Will my account automatically renew its subscription for Self-Care Programs after my trial has ended?

    No. You will only ever be charged for programs if you choose to pay for them via our in-app subscription page.

  3. Can I turn on notifications to help me remember to track?

    No. We are in the process of developing notifications, and they should be available the first week of October 2020.
