  1. Can only people with endometriosis use the Endometrix app?

    No. We encourage anyone who has chronic pelvic pain to track their symptoms and health with our app.

  2. Can I track my menstrual cycle with the Endometrix app?

    Yes. Our Factors feature allows you to toggle when you suspect you are ovulating or menstruating or when you know you are ovulating or menstruating. Read more about how to track your cycle on our blog.

  3. Can I track my medications with the Endometrix app?

    Yes. Our Factors feature allows you to track if you took medication on a specific day. To track which medications you took and the dosage amount, for now you must input this information manually in Notes

  4. Can I track my nutrition and dietary habits with the Endometrix app?

    No, we don't have a specific feature for nutrition tracking at this time. However, you can use our Notes feature to log your nutrition and dietary habits on a daily basis.

  5. Can I add notes while tracking?

    Yes. You can take daily notes specific to your Tracking and also specific to the Factors (menstruation, flaring, sex, medications) you are experiencing.

  6. Can I track my bleeding with the Endometrix app?

    Yes. You can track when you are bleeding using our Factors feature; however, we do not have a specific functionality for tracking your bleeding volume at this time. We suggest using our Notes feature to track the amount of bleeding you have experienced or if you have spotted or bled between periods.

  7. How does Endometrix personalize to my needs?

    With features like Tags, we want to help people understand the way they experience symptoms on a deeper level by being able to pinpoint where and how symptoms affect you.

  8. Do I have to answer all of the tracking questions?

    No. You can submit your answers to the questions you find most suitable for how you are feeling that day.

  9. Can I choose my tracking questions? 

    At this time, no.

  10. Are the tracking questions always the same? 

    For now, yes. However, we encourage user feedback on our questions to help us determine which are relevant and which are not.

  11. Is Endometrix a source for community support?

  12. What do I do if a problem arises or if I have a question for the Endometrix team while using the app?
