Privacy:

  1. How do you use my personal data?

    We encourage you to read our privacy policy to understand what data we collect and how we use it. Please refer to it for all legal purposes and doubts. In short, we use personal data to create user accounts, to deliver the service and share newsletters with you. We conduct statistical analyses on sensitive data by anonymizing it and for the purpose of providing a better service and for understanding user groups. 

  2. Do you use my data for any other purposes?

    No. If we enter into a partnership with a company that would like to get access to your personal information (name, email, age, address) to offer you information or special products, we will always ask for your consent before sharing this information.

  3. How can I manage my data?

    • You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data for direct marketing. You also have the right to withdraw your prior given consent. 

    • You also have the right to request access and further information concerning the processing of your personal data, or request that we correct, rectify, complete, erase or restrict the processing of your personal data. You have the right to obtain a copy of the personal data that we process relating to you free of charge once (1) every calendar year. For any additional copies requested by you, we may charge a reasonable fee based on administrative costs.

    • If the processing is based on the legal grounds consent or fulfillment of contract you have the right to data portability. Data portability means that you can receive the personal data that you have provided to us, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, and have the right to transfer such data to any other data controllers. 

  4. Who should I contact at Endometrix about my data?

  5. Can I use Endometrix below the age of 16?

    Yes, you can use the service if you are below 16. The service is not targeted to any individuals below the age of 13. If you are a parent or guardian of a person under the age of 13 and you become aware that your child has provided personal data to us without your consent, please contact info@endo-metrix.com to exercise your access, rectification, erasure, limiting of processing and objection rights.

  6. What about compliance?

    We comply with the EU General Data Protection Regulation.

Security:

  1. Is my data secure?

    Your data is stored on a Google Firebase server located in the European Union. Firebase is certified under major privacy and security standards. Learn more on the Firebase website.

  2. Do you share my data?

    In the event of us sharing your data, we will always explicitly ask for consent where we mention what data we share and state the purpose of sharing such data.

  3. Where is my data stored?

    Your data is stored in the European Union on Google’s Firebase platform. For more information, please refer to their privacy policy.

  4. Is my data encrypted?

    All data that is stored on your phone is encrypted. All data that transfers from your phone to the backend server happens securely via an encrypted channel. Only Endomterix and people hired by Endometrix can access the Google Firebase backend server.
